Our Process

Stage One

We begin with an onsite meeting to go over your wishes and wants for your garden and a discussion of the broad strokes goals and scope of the project. If the project is small and straightforward, measurements will be taken to help produce sketches and scaled drawings and for estimating.

Stage two

A week or so later we will meet again and you will be presented with a few sketches outlining options. These work well as a takeoff point for discussion and alterations. This is the time to discuss finishes and planting and landscape lighting and irrigation. 

Stage three

A final full sketch will be completed and is presented for your approval. Full title blocked and labelled drawing can now also be produced for submission to City authorities for permits and approval if needed. Accompanying the sketches and drawings will be a full line item estimate for all aspects of the project as well as a timeline for completion.

Stage four

We will start the work! After all the planning and designs are completed now we execute on those plans. Taking the designs and bringing your green space to life.
